The Snoqualmie Tribe is holding an Environmental Fair and volunteer planting event at Fall City Park. Please come and help us restore this important and historic community park.
When: March 5th
Where: Fall City Park
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event will begin at 10 a.m. with a traditional blessing of the planting site. Several event partners will have informational booths. Volunteers will be able to take home a native plant at no cost!
- Plant native trees and shrubs
- Learn about native plant propagation
- Learn about traditional uses for native plants
- Wood carving demonstration by Snoqualmie tribal canoe carvers
- Lunch will be provided for volunteers
