Glad you like the concert venue we have at Marymoor Park! In past years, we have had great series that have included more shows, and the concerts generate significant revenue which helps support the operation and maintenance of King County Parks’ 200 parks, 175 miles of trails, and 26,000 acres of open space. The concert series is put on through an existing contract with a promoter and we are definitely evaluating this relationship. Thanks for your comment!
How come there were only 7(!) concerts at this fantastic venue this year????
I Love this venue but seems like the ‘powers that be’ are content to let it sit idle for most of the Summer.
Does the County not need the revenue from this venue???
