Issues? We Hear You

A partnership between Parks and SeeClickFix, a leading digital communications system company, lets park and trail visitors be our eyes and ears on the ground, identifying issues or requesting repairs, using locational, descriptive, and photographic information.

We are piloting this tool over the next several months with the goal of streamlining incoming service requests and improving communications with the public.

Here’s how it works: King County Parks is alerted to an issue as soon as a problem is registered through SeeClickFix. Parks employees will provide real-time updates as the matter undergoes resolution, and the person who reported the issue, as well as anyone else using the online tool or mobile app, can follow along until the issue has been resolved.
