You are here! New trail kiosks

Anyone that has been out on King County Parks’ Regional Trails System has probably run into one of our cool kiosks. Blue-roofed and four-sided, these kiosks hold information about some of our more popular regional trails, a full trail map of the entire network, and now – a smaller detail map showing you where you are in relation to the network.

We’ve made a few other changes, including updated information on light rail stops, trails in construction, and additional information about specific trail grade, length, and access points to help you plan your next trip.

Let’s see how many kiosks you can find on your journeys! Take a picture of you or a friend in front of one of our new kiosks anytime between now and the end of the year, post it on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and tag us in the comments noting where you are – and we’ll enter you in a drawing for a pair of tickets to a show at next year’s Marymoor Park concert series!

So, get out there and explore #YourBigBackyard!

RE: kiosk at MacDonald Park-check in and east of the swinging bridge. I would like to have a copy of the 11”x15” approximate, sepia map with the red heading TOLTXW. Of course I’m more than happy to pay for the copy. Also, what is the history of the map? My family is represented on the map (Morris).Thank you. Jackie Morris Norris 206-384-6938
